Updates to Brand Navigator improve Marketing Insights & Actionability

That’s why we are excited to share some new updates to Brand Navigator, the always-on Brand Intelligence platform from BlueOcean. These updates are designed to help marketers make faster, more confident marketing decisions. 

Improve website and paid media performance metrics fueled by enhanced data sources

  • Powered by a more robust partnership with SEMRush and Similarweb, Brand Navigator customers can now see an even more accurate view of total website traffic as well as new metrics such as their site’s bounce rate, visit duration, and pages per visit stack. As always, our goal is to show you how these metrics stack up against the competition and how they impact your overall brand health. These new website insights complement ones already available in Brand Navigator, such as backlinks and branded search, non-branded search, and the current overall site traffic metric. Marketers can now make more informed decisions around their SEM, SEO, and content strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Building on our partnership with Nielsen and Kantar, we’ve improved mapping and classification for existing data sources focused on advertising spend. This improves the quality of insights that quantify and inform paid media investments.

Improved actionability with updates to data exploration and visualizations.

  • Brand Navigator users can now more easily compare their brand’s performance to their competitors’.  Users can customize ranking and chart visualizations by selecting specific competitors to be included, and by defining more granular data ranges.
  • We’ve made it easier to explore your graph visualizations, with a new hover functionality that highlights specific data points in time.
  • Pie charts have been added as a new visualization, giving users additional options to analyze and share out key brand metrics.
