Today, BlueOcean is announcing a number of new innovations that make it easier for marketing leaders to accelerate Share of Voice, improve brand strength, and grow market share.

We’re excited to share, that to improve the insights that impact your social media strategies, the following updates are available in Brand Navigator today:
- Additional social media data sources have been added to help our B2B customers support the significant investments they are making to grow their reach and develop content that aligns with themes their audiences care most about.
- Customers can now view a granular breakout of organic social media metrics by channel directly in Brand Navigator across channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and more. This makes it even easier to go from insight to action, armed with the context of the channels that are working best.
- Brands do not exist in a vacuum, which is why BlueOcean incorporates a competitive index to help marketers understand brand health relative to competitors. To make it easier for marketing leaders and social teams to set goals that are aligned to building a stronger brand, users can now toggle between the index score and the underlying counts for key social media metrics.
Customers can access these new features from market index, by selecting Familiar, and while in the familiar factor, selecting the Considered subfactor.
These innovations follow a set of announcements in April 2023, when BlueOcean unveiled a vision for a new category, Decision Intelligence for Marketing. This category is focused on combining AI, ML, and automation to enable marketers to make more confident decisions and meet the demands of efficiency and business accountability.
