By default, the platform will show the most recent data available when you login. If you’d like to see an earlier point in time, you can use the dropdown at the top of the screen (defaults to “90 days prior”) to open the “date picker”, as shown below.
Given the refresh schedule for your data, you’ll need to view data in 2-week increments. While date ranges need to be at least two weeks, it’s best to look at brand data quarter by quarter, instead of weekly, otherwise, the bar graphs tend to look a little flat.
Please note that we suggest picking the last day of the time period you’d like to see FIRST. Then, you can select the beginning day based on availability.
