In BlueOcean Track, we’ve simplified our metric definitions to make it easier for you to focus on the timeframe you’re most interested in. Here’s how we’ve enhanced our time tracking:
- Flexible Time Windows: You can select any window of time you’re interested in, whether a few days, weeks, or months. Our system is designed for daily filtering, giving you the most precise data.
- Daily Estimates from Broader Data: For metrics collected or updated on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, we use our proprietary algorithms to estimate daily values. Even if daily data isn’t directly available, you’ll still see an accurate daily breakdown based on broader data points. For example, if you want to view your website traffic from April 1st to May 15th, you’ll get an estimate for that specific 45-day period.
- Consistent Weekly Data: Our algorithms ensure that all metrics can be viewed in a consistent weekly format. You can choose any time frame, and the data will reflect the closest estimated match, providing you with a seamless experience across all metrics.
- Updated Metric Definitions: We’ve adjusted certain metric definitions to focus exclusively on data within your chosen time window. You might notice more volatility in some metrics, but the definitions are now more straightforward. For instance, when looking at audience reviews in BlueOcean Track, you’ll see data only for new reviews posted within your selected period rather than including reviews from a longer historical window.
By re-engineering our data and simplifying metric definitions, BlueOcean Track ensures you have the flexibility and accuracy to analyze your performance within any time frame.
