On 6/21, BlueOcean announced new features in brand navigator that help marketers better understand how social media is driving brand, and where to focus for the biggest impact.
To access these new features from the Market Index Overview, you’ll select Familiar, and when you’re in the Familiar factor, you can scroll down to click the Considered subfactor.

Within Considered you’ll find two new ways to view social metrics:
First, you’ll notice that for key metrics it is now possible to click the “show count” toggle to move from showing you your index score, to showing you the isolated count for your brand.
Second, you can now view a granular breakout of organic social media metrics by-channel (across channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and more). View these by selecting “by channel” in the upper right corner of the metric, and flip back to the aggregate view by selecting “aggregate.”
